I can’t really comment on your 1st two points (I don’t sync bookmarks, thought I can see it being annoying)
As for number 3, that’s a good point. Moreover, I also hate how news pages/new tabs work in Chrome. Having used Mac OS for a while, I am used to a time when closing an application (cmd+w) as opposed to quitting it (cmd+q) made a difference. I’ve therefore gotten used to closing my browser and not quitting it, and because I do so, I’m always prompted with Chrome’s new tab page as opposed to my homepage. when you close Safari and Firefox, they prompt you with a new page and not a new tab page, as opposed to Chrome.
