You completely miss the point of my post, I didnt mention anything about mindlessly grinding bloody foothills or nerf swords.
My post was in relation of the ‘perfect’ score, while i think this is a good game it is not perfect and there is many legitimate problems.

I have multiple characters past normal all took around 12hrs, think thats about the normal time (Thats the played time on my friends aswell).

While i agree that it was a fun play through with amazing graphics and storylines, getting roughly 13+hours out of normal (Which is longer than alot of current games at the same price) meaning people are getting their money worth.
However i do not agree with 10/10, one audience maybe happy with it but there is also a very large audience that believes it completely butchers the diablo franchise, taking it in a completely different direction, none of my friends who played LOD are happy with D3.
Im not saying its a bad game, far from it, but there is currently a large number of faults that make it impossible for a perfect score imo.

While i am probably jumping off the iPhone train, there are some good points overall that make them great if only for the unification alone.
I dont see any huge reason why everyone is captivated by them, but rather a few small things that do create a nice feel. Their design, glass and aluminum create a very nice feel from the start, that you just dont get from light plastic phones. (Suprised more phones have not gone this way)
Also while i agree it is a massive pain transfering things to/from an iOS device, photos are pretty easy (Can be taken off just like a USB camera).

Its the many editions that i dislike, though they are getting better i would prefer just 1 ‘ultimate’ version for a set $$$ (Which would be ok at $200 i think).

They are not late, they release service packs, updates and other services throughout the year. They just dont completely recode their OS every year, which is a huge job.
In that regard, neither does apple, they may have great names and slightly bigger improvements in their upgrades, but in the end they are kind of like large service packs/updates and not a new operating system.

To be honest i am not a fan of the ribbon and did not like it when it was introduced into office, but i can see its usefulness in touch and microsoft seem pretty strongly about it so i guess i will adapt.

While I agree the 15" envy range takes a lot from the MacBook if you saw the specter in person there is a lot difference, the color scheme HP were using in 2007.

Since apps are not designed for metro ATM I found it slight messy/un-unified with programs opening all over the place, this is obviously early beta things and I doubt I would have any problems once 8 goes live.
Probably one issue I did not like, which maybe just me. I could not see which programs were currently open in metro interface which started to bug me, a small task bar like design on the bottom of the desktop to show active windows/programs would make me happy.

I did not think of that, it is a good point. But if it was designed (and enforced by law) to be as easy to switch between carriers like you do wi-fi the signal seller wouldnt have control?

I think this is a hard choice that people whos contract is running out in 1-2months are facing atm, with both Apollo & the new iphone so close around the corner.
The only windows phone that i would currently recomend is the Lumia 900 (though you mention it is not available) so it looks like the iPhone is the best choice.
But i feel that regardless of what phone/company you go with you will miss out on the big changes coming in a few months. (Windows Phone re-codded from the ground up & with no doubt an impressive new iPhone)
