Back in the 2011 holidays, I found myself weighing 280lbs, and as I almost didn’t complete a hike that was usually easy for me. I vowed to never again be above 220lbs(my weight when I left highschool). So, I decided to stop eating like a pig, and starve myself into shape(or into a less round shape, at least).
I started looking for a calorie counter app, and discovered MyFitnessPal. It makes calorie count easy, and gives you a calorie plan to follow according to your height, weight, and goals. It is really eye opening, when you start to use it, and it makes it really easy to identify the REALLY bad food you need to avoid thanks to getting info from the internet for whatever you could eat. Long story short, I managed to lose 65lbs, and all while still eating fast food when I couldn’t avoid it, just less of everything.
TL;DR: MyFitnessPal is an awesome calorie counter app that helped me lose 65 pounds with its powerful searching tool that lets you know the calories of everything, which helps you know how much you should eat.
I’m pretty excited about everything but the look of the console. It makes a lot of sense how the event was squarely focused on the console. By showing the console outside of the game overload that is E3, Microsoft can deliver what the crowd wants at that event. They also don’t have to meet any expectations about the hardware or spend time on anything other than games.
