I have seen videos on youtube and it seemed to do pretty well as far as performance. Only certain phones support it and many only partially support it though so you have to buy the manufacturer’s “special” version of it. If you have a Samsung phone you have to get their allshare cast hub. If you have an HTC you have to get the media link HD. If you have a nexus or any other phone that supports it your best bet is to get the PTV3000. It is kind of a mess right now compatibility-wise. If you want the best performance I would get a One-x or One and HTC’s media link or a Nexus 4 and the PTV3000. The samsung Allshare Cast hub seems to have very bad performance and disconnects often.

He is talking about how the unsubsidized price of the nexus 4 is cheaper than subsidized prices of many other phones if you decide to sell it in a year or so.
