I’d wait if you can.

Intel will be shipping chipsets with Thunderbolt 2 later this year. I’m thinking Apple is waiting for this to update the Pro line.

They’ll be announced when Intel starts releasing chipsets with Thunderbolt 2 baked in.

Apple likes to make their newly announced computers available the same day they are announced (Mac Pro notwithstanding) and I really don’t think that they will do that until they can say “Thunderbolt 2” somewhere in the announcement.
