Is anyone else having a problem with Xbox Video after the update? For some reason, when I watch videos using the speakers, the volume varies greatly. Is anyone else having this issue? This has only happened since I updated, and only happens in Xbox Video.

Surface RT user here.
As for Google Services, download the Google Search App and add your Email and Calendar to their respective built-in apps (though it’s not going to be such a rich experience). Onto Dropbox… you’re going to be so disappointed. There’s a Dropbox app, but it doesn’t allow you to upload any files. If I were you, I’d switch to SkyDrive if you haven’t purchased any storage upgrades (I hope Dropbox launch a proper app soon). Excel will be fine, no need to mention anything.
You might also want to jailbreak it for some ARM desktop apps. The jailbreak can be found here and desktop apps ported to ARM can be found here. :-)

I have Windows 7 (skinned to look almost exactly like Windows 8) running in a VM inside Mac OS X. The desktop background on Windows is the top-corner of the Japanese Kanji “love”. I’ve been learning Japanese for four years, and it’s my favourite Kanji, so yeah. I know it isn’t entirely a Windows desktop, but here it is, anyway.
