I really like the idea of the universal search bar on the top. I loved that feature of webOS (called JustType) and I feel that it would really help windows phone shine. Even if hitting the search button slid down a search bar on top and pulled up the keyboard no matter where you were.

It’s the damn maintenance plans. Stop trying to sell me maintenance plans on video games, dvds, books and everything inbetween. When I was working at Best Buy circa 2004~2005, we had to get a certain number of maintenance plans a day. That’s all I dread every time I checkout at a Best Buy these days. You can tell because the cashiers have little wiffle balls on their checkout lights for how many promos they’ve sold so their fat managers don’t have to walk over to their register to see.
