Yeah pretty stylish for a VHS player.
It looks cheap, safe and dull. Probably seen as stylish by people who don’t really ‘get’ design.
I’m not sure if anyone has told Microsoft dust settles on the top of flat surfaces. Right about where their huge intakes are. I wouldn’t be surprised if this causes higher failure rates out in the wild.

I love how you simplify it as complaining.
It’s hardly as simple as that. Maybe you’re a simple minded chap.
But actually it’s about the fact this was the FIRST reveal of a new console in 8 years and they CHOSE to make it 80% about TV, Kinect and fucking NFL???!!! They pretty much ignored all of the worries gamers had about their online plans and used games. Then just tagged on ‘by the way – 15 new games coming’…
It’s a console, talk about how it’s going to change gaming, talk about why this is worth buying over what they currently have! That’s what gamers wanted. Gamers made it what it is today.

Sure I’m fully aware E3 is part 2 of this. I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone has coming up. Including the Wii U. But I went back and watched the Sony Reveal again. The mood is very different. They clearly ‘focus’ on gamers. If I’m going to buy a ‘console’, then I want the company behind it focused on providing games to play on it. I don’t want to taken for granted… Nobody does. Microsoft needs to tread carefully. I know I’m not the only one thinking of jumping.
PS. I had a PS3, but sold it!

Seriously considering moving to Sony after this “Reveal” – What they should have called it is “Sports and TV Xbox Reveal”.
Sony seems to be focused on GAMERS. Microsoft seems to be focused on MULTIMEDIA.
By the way Microsoft. I bought a Kinnect. I never used it, so sold it. I do NOT need one!
