Flash already exists on PS3 and Xbox 360 in some form – Ubisoft at least use it to power their UPlay “app”, so someone has the code for it somewhere.

They won’t charge at all for the tablet. It comes with the system, and the system only supports one, hence the “U”/you part of the WiiU name. (There were rumours of two… but there are numerous technical reasons why that isn’t ideal)

This. This is nothing different than what other people are doing.

I think people are misreading it. It most likely is tied to an account. What Nintendo is actually saying is that when you download a game to your SD card, you can’t just take that game, (copy or) move your SD card to another system and play it on that. You have to transfer your system account over first.

Oh boy, Apple invented streaming now? :P Regardless, the tablet doesn’t have to mirror the TV display. It can display whatever the game developer wants it too.
