What year is your Explorer? I’ve heard the touch sensitivity was a problem in previous years. I have a 2013 Escape and I don’t see that problem. However, the system is a little under powered in general. Slower to react than I’d like, crashes every now and then. But pretty good overall.
I have a 2013 Escape, I enjoy the “infotainment” a lot. The firmware is a little unstable, and it would seem it’s a little under powered, (the screen, not the vehicle,) but over all I like it. 4/5.
