We use the c100/c300s for pretty much everything, studio and field (unless we specifically need a smaller footprint, then we’ll fall back to the DSLRs). The only exception to this is the Vergecast, which is currently using GH2s.
We mainly use Canon C100/C300 cameras (a few 5D/7Ds as needed) Our lens kit is constantly expanding, but we usually stick to Canon 10-22mm, 16-35mm, 17-55mm, 50mm 1.4, 100mm 2.8 IS Macro, 135mm 2.0. For stabilizing we use a mix of Manfrotto monopods and tripods, Glidecam 4000HDs, and a Cinevate slider dolly. We’ve got a jib in the studio, along with some switching gear (Tricaster).
Hope this answers your question. I did a What’s in your bag article a while back, but our field kits have changed significantly since that went up, so hopefully I’ll get a chance to update it soon.
