Yeap. Regular user (student) who wants to remotely access online science library like sciencedirect.com using theirs college tunnel connection. It’s extremely common for Warsaw’s students.
As I said later in the comments – I’m talking about out-of-the-box regular experience. Regular user don’t care about ported desktop apps. You can also change the kernell and install linux on Surface RT, but I don’t think it’s the solution.
