It should. But law is a wishy washy change the rules as ‘perps’ come along kind of thing with the US government.

They’re going to be extremely selective about this. Look what they’ve already tried to do with Bradley Manning and wikileaks.

I think the people anyone who expects stock Android phones to be cheaper are kinda missing the price of buying phones outright in the first place.

Yeah. I’d love a One Google Edition. It’s a no brainer. Hopefully they jump in too assuming Samsung and Google’s arrangement for this one isn’t some sort of exclusive.

I think having a menu key or at least attaching menu to an existing key is a necessity. I’m fine with the S4’s button setup for a stock phone because that means all you have to do is hold Home for multitasking. The One didn’t have holding back for menu out of the box like some of the media said it would at the reveal event a couple months ago. The on screen menu button taking up a large part of the screen is an eyesore on the One; unless you map the menu button to the HTC or back key through mods.

Yeah. I didn’t say it’s impossible, but I just really really see it as unlikely especially in Ohio that some precincts were that lopsided.

Well it’s an option. Some people would rather have the non portable new home game console for $50 more than buy something that’s big and clunky and also probably takes up a lot of carrying space like the Shield.

I feel like devices like these are going away. Imagine if something like the Vita launched after a phone like the Xperia Z came out. I feel like Sony and some companies are resisting giving the consumer an option of personally sponsoring their own devices as optional gaming handhelds just to avoid the fact that dedicated gaming handhelds are going to be quickly outdated in terms of hardware by the next smartphones and tablets that roll out soon after. You know what would have made the Shield a much better device? If the controller were an optional attachment that a Tegra 4, stock Android powered phone plugged into – couple the controller with an internal battery that also charges the phone while you play, and a microSD slot for further expansion just like the Shield, and you have a place to store more games if needed. There’s more than enough RAM, general processing and GPU power to outdo performance of the Vita and run those games on today’s smartphones like the One or GS4. I wouldn’t want to carry around a clunky device like the Shield if it meant browsing the internet was not an option without having to hold that controller in both of my hands.
Sony can still support the Vita, but all of those games could be running on capable Android phones as well.

Exactly. Or you’re like me and wrote in Tobey Maguire. The elections are rigged anyways. In quite a few voting districts in Ohio, Obama got over 99% of the vote. Possible, but highly unlikely in Ohio.
