I don’t understand why that’s so obvious.
The layout and number of buttons is exactly the same. The better quality of the controller and rumbling joysticks wouldn’t break compatibility.

Really? That’s crazy to me.
PS4 event was much more game-centric. They showed actual gameplay and talked a lot about how the they improved development for the consoles, which mind sounds boring to some but is actually a major differentiator for a console. They also brought up many new games from new franchises and talked a lot about gaming features like background-updates, instant resume, and streaming of games.
The majority of this event they talked about watching TV and some extremely well known franchises. Only ‘Quantum Break’ was new.
The only part where they beat Sony here that they at least showed the console.
That being said the controller does look nice. Even slightly better than the PS4 controller.

Seems like they have a better D-pad, slightly better ergonomics, better accessible ‘back’ and ‘start’ buttons (even though they are called differently), and supposedly more precise analogue sticks. Pretty much all I ever wanted.
Maybe the PS4 controller’s touchpad will have some nice gameplay advantages (I’m thinking stuff like inventory selection) but for now the Xbox one controller seems like a winner.

Unfortunately Glass is much more subtle to shoot a video for a couple of hours.
Seriously, when it comes to Google Glass, people seem to lose their ability to critical thinking.

Also, it’s not “staring”. You can just look away with your eyes and keep your head pointed at the general direction of the thing you want to record. Glass has a wide-angle lens.
This is just Google PR-crap. They just should call it like it is.
