I came here expecting to see a post complaining about this add. Wanted to add a post in support of the ad team – this is a good ad – no flash, just a simple jpeg that is way below fold. Nicely conveys the message of a really big screen. Much better than those expanding ads they have ran previously. And I’m writing this on 15" MBP – yes it does take up the entire screen, but its not like you need to click anything to get rid of it. Just scroll a bit more. You were scrolling anyway.
