“feels durable despite its cheap materials”
“I can’t get over the gross feeling I get holding it.”

This insistence that stuff CANNOT be made with plastic and MUST be designed with aluminum wears on my nerves, The Verge. It sounds snobby to me, although I’ll grant you you’re responsible for the new HTC One. I’m afraid this presents a chilling effect to all consumer electronics companies to standardize on aluminum/metal design if they want to become the critic’s choice.
