That would be a trademark dispute any they are often like that. It usually comes out of related goods or services though, so that grocery may have been advertising electronics or even computers.

Keep in mind all of the GS2 era phones people are coming from. My Droid Charge has gotten progressively worse for at least the last year and even more so in the last 2 months. I have a suspicion, in the next 6-9 months the android fragmentation will shrink considerably.

That time frame sounds extremely reasonable for a large software project. I am actually impressed at this pattern of Google putting out more complete products as apposed to some of the prior beta starts.
