As a Mac user, just get a Windows desktop, it has way more gaming support, more games, and if you play games like COD you can hook up an Xbox controller and it will work out of the box unlike Mac where there are no official drivers. Also, you’ll probably end up playing games on medium settings rather than high or even ultra settings on Windows for the same amount of money.

If you really want a Mac then go ahead and get one but make a separate partition and put Windows on it through Bootcamp which is what I have done in the past simply because I’m too lazy to turn on my Windows machine.

I’ve used both wireless Xbox controller and bluetooth PS3 controllers and never noticed any latency at all and if there is one then it must be so small that it is unnoticeable.

Wow and here I was thinking you were going to talk about something real like the look and feel of the controller, the improvement of the d-pad, the more fps-friendly button layout and triggers etc etc. I doesn’t really matter what connectivity it uses, as long as it connects to the damn console when you’re sitting in front of your TV. The only people who will complain about connectivity are the ones that want to connect it to their outdated smartphones or a Mac without drivers etc etc.

I would really love the ability to add a second account to my subscription or allow me to pay a little extra for an additional user. I guess I could probably just have two subscriptions now for $4 less than I would pay after June.

AIM is actually a great platform, I’m really surprised no one has purchased it from AOL. It’s like the only asset that has stuck around. It’s probably the most reliable instant messenger ever made, it’s a shame AOL basically fired the entire team that developed it. I think it recently went through a complete redesign, it’s not the same anymore but I think probably still works.
