The headline doesn’t much match the bulk of the article’s content, with its decidedly anti-Google tilt. Meanwhile the article states that Mr. Van Nest had the better closing statement. That should have been the headline, which instead is, “Oracle: Google had its head in the sand with alleged patent infringement”.
