The headline doesn’t much match the bulk of the article’s content, with its decidedly anti-Google tilt. Meanwhile the article states that Mr. Van Nest had the better closing statement. That should have been the headline, which instead is, “Oracle: Google had its head in the sand with alleged patent infringement”.

Lol, you should feel sorry for Oracle… The best amount that they are going to get here (if they are going to get one) is not enough to cover the cost of the entire litigation.
