This debate will basically go on forever even though we see both Google and Apple trying to copy each other’s best elements. Eventually, I bet both OSes end up looking very similar down the road.

Don’t mean to jump in here, but this is 2012. We’re not dealing with MP3s with 512 megs anymore. The extra 200 or 300 MBs that widgets isn’t really a whole lot, and you can remove the features. I’m not sure what you mean by that. You can drag a widget out of a screen and its gone. poof. it won’t run on the background (for the most part) or anything. If you have that that much of an issue, you can unistall most widget, aisde from the five or six stock ones.

Ebay is probably the best. You can try local sites like Craigslist though.
