These four citizens were bad guys. They probably had no problem with illegally crossing borders, using explosives to kill their enemies regardless of the collateral damage, and use their knowledge and connections to that end. Ironic, considering that’s what our own President did in order to kill them. Hard to tell the good guys from the bad guys anymore.
Unconstitutional and ethically vacant, check.
Victimizes ordinary citizens by eroding civil liberties, check.
Criminalizes innocent companies, big and small, for protecting their customers, check.
President Obama will probably love it and sign it as soon as he gets a chance.
