I doubt it’s just the carriers, why? Because outside the US the carriers have very little say in these matters.

I didn’t have any issue with the controls. Biggest issue by far was various performance issues, though many of those was fixed between the first and second beta weekends.

Even if it has full 1080p it will look horrible if one ever goes close enough to actually use the touch… Seems kind of stupid.

It works great for Desktop too, at least in my opinion. They only issues it had were with multiple monitors and it seem they solved that for the release preview.

Well it doesn’t really seem like they removed it, it’s just that all the iPad/iPhone app of the week and iPad/iPhone game of the weeks are now all called Editors Choice. Think I prefer the old naming, free app of the week is a nice addition though.

Well the Windows 8 Storystream seem to contain every Windows 8 article that is ever posted, it’s just the Mountain Lion articles that doesn’t seem to be added to their corresponding storystream.

Oh come on, I mean the Facebook app is a bit sluggish but it’s not exactly bad, nowhere near bad enough to be compared to anything Symbian.

I bet everyone using them for mail would, they are still one of the largest email providers you know and they do a pretty darn good job with it too.

Why doesn’t new Mountain Lion articles get added to the Mountain Lion storystream? I’ve added a few storystreams to my feedreader to make sure I don’t miss certain topics yet none of the Mountain Lion related articles in the last month or so has been added to that storystream.

No, it’s proof that Diablo 3 runs better on Windows than OS X, that doesn’t really say anything about the future. For all I know that could just be a sign that Blizzard are bad at doing things for OS X, Stacraft 2 did for some reason need more ram on OS X. I don’t know how other games that are available on both platforms fair though since I’m a Windows user myself, just saying it doesn’t prove anything about the future of OS X gaming.

All windows tablets will have a windows key so they could use that.

And as a Windows 7 user I can’t wait to get my hands on Windows 8.
There are definitely very split opinions on it.

I’ve got Windows 7 and Windows 8 Consumer Preview both installed on my system, I set Windows 7 as default in the boot options and that was that, the computer now use the Win 7 boot menu and doesn’t have to load Win 8 before letting me choose OS.

Yea that’s even what the quote in the article says. Not quite sure why they decided to write Battlefield developer will require 64-bit rather than the Battlefield engine will require 64-bit.

Indeed, now, I have only dropped my iPhone 4 a total of three maybe four times but that’s still more than my previous phones but the only damage on it are a few tiny scratches that can only be seen under a strong lamp, that’s a lot better than my HTC Touch Diamond 2 which looked pretty abused after just on drop.

Because they don’t need the root permissions for anything? Just a guess…
