You’ll notice a huge shift toward Microsoft’s products—and I’ll admit it’s intentional. Whilst I previously was pretty Google-heavy in my product use (Galaxy S2 and Motorola Xoom), I’ve been blown-away by Microsoft recently and must say that I’ve been very happy with my ecosystem jump. Does that mean I’ll never use Android again, never switch to iOS, never tinker with Blackberry OS, dick around with Firefox OS, or try out Ubuntu Touch? Nah. I just happen to be quite content in the Microsoft ecosystem at the moment.

I should be clearer: I agree with Sorto. It’s web designers that need to be coding their sites to work with touch. Hack-job attempts at making touch emulate pointers is just a bad, bad idea.

No, no website just yet. And, unfortunately, while I have massive amounts of notes concerning the characters, plot, places, culture, plants, animals, etc. of my story (I’ve been working on them for like eleven years now), I’ve only recently finished the first chapter.

Granted, there are only fifteen planned (for this first book in a four part series), but I’ve been making my first chapter bleed in edits on my printed copy—and until I’m satisfied with how the story starts, I just don’t feel like moving past it, if that makes sense. The start has to be perfect, in my eyes at least, before I begin with the rest of the book—and, ultimately, the rest of the series.

Group texts can be sent, but I’ve yet to actually receive any, so I can’t say one way or the other.

The Windows Phone store has a built-in podcast management and subscription handler built in that works pretty well in my experience.
