Nice, a 8" tablet with great battery life, fitting for a tablet, nice price. And just to tip it off, it also has a x86 CPU, so it can also replace my PC, when conected to bigger monitor, if i you not game or do video editing.
Exactly, RIM cuttin off devices was a SCANDAL, so it came to news. To write off devices = company is fuck.. Imagine all this companies making a 10% profit margin. Cutting off 10% means no profit.
Cuttin off almost never happens, cause if it does, the company is toasted for that quarter. So the companies try very hard that it does not happen.
This is about debate shipped vs bought. They may of course be many other errors in reports like this…
IN the WORST case scenario, others sell lets say 90%, so 10% is left which is MILIONS of devices. You do realize how hard it would be to throw away 10% of all shipments? Practicaly impossible! So number is probalby closer to 95% or even more up.
But than again, even in worse case scenario, if you rly believe companies can affort to throw away 10% of shipments lol, the market share reports are still VERYACCURATE, 10% is nothing.
Though it is true, a shipped device can be sold in half a year and not right away in the long run, most shipments ARE sold.
