When has Paypal ever been “anti-customer”? If anything they always lean way too far in the customer’s direction…I’ve never heard of a seller winning a Paypal dispute in all the years I’ve used Paypal, the paying customer wins every time regardless of facts. I assume you may be talking about them freezing accounts but that’s on the other side of the transaction, that’s the person accepting the money. Someone who wants to use Paypal to pay for things as an additional layer of security and recourse if something goes wrong doesn’t need to worry about JC Penney or Foot Locker getting their Paypal accounts frozen.
