You seem to be alienated from principles of democracy. You’ve just nullified the importance of development made in last couple centuries to give the power back to people/masses where it belongs.
Wish surface is made available in more countries. I know, MS is adding more countries to list but the number is still too low. I’m sure they can afford to ramp up scale to feed global demand.
Also, I hope new Qualcomm silicon will be more then sufficient to deal with added features/tasks on RT.

The heating issuing & button placement are only concerns keeping me at bay.

On other hand, you see many tech bloggers from different spaces using One as their daily drivers. Other day, Steven Sinofsky had very kind words about HTC One as well.
Yeah. I agree certain section of peeps prefer capacitative buttons instead of virtual/on-screen one’s, but I’m definitely not a flag bearer of that crowd.
Just like you, Nexus4 controls has grown on me. I was excited when virtual buttons were introduced in Ice-Cream sandwich & indeed they made up for refreshing experience for me.
Also, these virtual buttons gives sense of consistency. Samsung doing 3 capacitative buttons, HTC 2 such buttons along-with double taps & may be long press etc.

But for me, all love is not lost for Sony either. I quite liked Vita h/w but didn’t bought it (Steep price & lack of titles). If this feature is implemented the way, I like, it would be tempting enough to get both PS4 & Vita. :-)
To be fair, my LG LCD is going strong for last 3 years. Hopefully, it carries on for next few years.
Apart from it, Nexus 4 is pretty decent/well-built all around smartphone. I find little to complain about it. Yeah, use of Gorilla glass etc on both sides would have been better but sure not a deal breaker anyway.
Bro has iPhone 5 & got SGS 4 recently & I’m using Nexus 4 as primary device with iPhone 4S. Good part is cross platform availability with decent interface indeed made both us give iMessage a well deserved break. ;)
