Are you in the Android clan?
0 postsI first got started with tech in the public light when I started an IPTV show back in November of 2005. About a year later I was hired as an I.T. Admin for a local Government - unfortunately I had to change my priorities and stop goofing around on the internet. I still dabble in I.T. but now my focus is on my film and animation business that I run.

I think you are generalizing an entire infrastructure and their protocols. Skype is not a proper VoIP solution. I don’t know too much about how Vonage is handled but Voice Over LTE is more than just a App running over a data network. These networks will be talking to each other(maybe not so much with career locked phones) and need to support seamlessly hopping between towers and have a lot of QoS configurations so Apps don’t screw up by maxing out connections. I am sure if you have used Skype on a mobile phone you can understand that VoIP needs to be done right. Dropped calls, High Latency, and App Instability are all things that Skype suffers hard from. Skype on phone has a hard time with full duplexing. Skype will cut the mic on one side to hide the echo rather than just use the dual mic configurations for noise canceling. Sorry if I rambled a bit this topic has so many points to cover and I don’t want to write a novel.

Sega doesn’t have as many good first party titles. Nintendo could likely survive on first party games if they had to.
