I think it’s actually AMOLED PLUS with CBD. It’s the Plus that signifies that it’s RGB and NOT Pentile.
No one (well not us anyway) knows who makes the AMOLED screen for the 900 but they’re buying them in from somewhere and the only other place I can think of is Samsung and is the same AMOLED PLUS as is in their GSII.
The Super on the front of the Samsung branded display tech refers to the integration of the touch sensitive layer which should make their displays thinner. I don’t think the Nokias have this.

Yeah, it’s fair to say that Android is rather unfairly stuck with 2010 devices. It would have been fairer to compare against a GSII.
IPhone 4 is a fair comparison as it’s the same screen.

Wrong, the 900 had a Super Amoled Plus screen with full RGB sub-pixel arrangement.

Well the Apollo situation has killed my Interest in the 900.
about 1 month ago on Nokia targets May 14th for Lumia 900 UK release, maxing out production capacity with AT&T model
