I have a feeling you really don’t understand how bad it would be if Oracle won any of this.

This is unquestionably bad for Oracle. As new evidence about Sun’s Corporate blog suggests that it represented the company and its policies. It adds weight to Google’s argument that they built Android with the understandable belief that Sun had no problem with Java being used in Android.

Google’s argument that their actions are covered under fair use will be stronger in a new trial and Oracle’s attempts to obtain a ruling that API’s are copyrightable grows ever weaker.
