I can definitely still tell that mine is pentile. It’s like looking through a dirty window at a beautiful day. I wouldn’t say it ruins the phone, but there is definitely a noticeable difference between the two. When you load a white screen, especially at low brightness levels,, it looks like the page has been run through a noise filter. The difference between the two is like comparing cold, institutional lighting of to a warm incandescent bulb. Sure both bulbs will light the room, but I feel a lot more comfortable under the lamps of my house than under Walmart’s lighting

4" qHD looks good. With the standard RGB sub pixel arrangement this will look fine for the vast majority of people. It’s still crazy that a 4" phone is a differentiator right now, but this phone legitimately covers a gap in the market.
This phone is going to sell and developer support is going to follow.
