Chrome’s performance is poor on even good hardware. I use it personally, but only because it does a great job of keeping the browsers on my phone, desktop and laptop (which all use different OS) in sync. Bookmarks, passwords, open tabs, it all flows seamlessly between them.
But it would be AWESOME if the performance didn’t suck.
