Looks like Day One (the journal app that Ellis Hamburger wrote an article on a while ago) are looking for an Android Developer, http://dayoneapp.com/jobs/#android-dev. Potentially another iOS exclusive that is coming over to Android and one that I’m really looking forward to.

This thread from just over a week ago was excellent to look over, so that may help you to keep going with iOS if you’re leaning that way. http://www.theverge.com/2013/5/3/4297176/show-us-the-best-designed-ios-apps-you-use
Otherwise, I’d say wait at least another month for WWDC to come around so you can get a look at what Apple have been doing with iOS 7. Google I/O in the coming days as well may help you decide whether you want to move to Android. Most of the well-known apps are on Android as well, but it’s missing stuff as well, such as Twitter Music, Vine, Day One etc. This thread, if you haven’t seen it, is discussing what apps are missing on Android currently. http://www.theverge.com/2013/5/13/4325862/what-are-the-best-ios-apps-that-are-not-in-play-store-yet

I’m upgrading once a year like clockwork, gone from Xperia X10i to the Xperia Arc, then the One X and now the Nexus 4.
I’m not sure whether that’s the case because I grew bored quickly each time or because I made bad choices with the phones I got originally. The X10i came out at a time when there were few ‘top-end’ android phones around (this was the era of the Nexus One and the HTC Desire) and had a positively gigantic 4 inch screen. The Arc was largely SE righting the wrongs of the X10i (even launched with 2.3 straight away) and the One X was a hardware improvement in every sense. However, each time I got fed up waiting for updates and that’s why I’ve moved to the Nexus 4, which is a step-down in terms of the screen and the camera.
