Guys! Guys! Guys! before the blogosphere have you hating on Samsung, go to your local phone shop and have a look at the phone really. I just got back from carphonewarehouse and dudes …. I think the S4 is sexy and I’m sort of scared because I don’t know what to think anymore, its like the twilight zone. I mean the HTC one is outright sexy, the chamfered edges, unibody aluminium ….
BUT dat screen dAT SCREEN, DATSCREENDATSUPERAMOLED HD SCREEN on the S4 almost had me thinking “yo! touchwizz you was looking sexy watchu you doing tonight ?” almost had to slap myself in the store, ever been sexually attracted to a screen ….. No scratch that, have you ever wanted to make breakfast in bed for a screen and have it carry your babies.
The air scroll with the sensors actually work really well (scrolling up and down a page and the gallery), you know when your screen dims out and your have to press or touch the screen for it light up … with the S4 NEVERAGAIN it was actually kind of awesome just wave your finger over the screen and it light up easy.
Guys just do it, head to store and check it out, its weird, the S4 is sexy.
I happen to have used the HTC one for a week, the edges feel sharp and uncomfortable to hold for long periods and if you live in a cold environment you have to deal with typical aluminium behaviour.
Please read again or carefully next time … “Samsung is the first to do 13 megapixel RIGHT” the focus wasn’t on who did it first. This is the first 13 megapixel camera on a smartphone that’s not just good but incredibly awesome.
Man they must really hate Samsung at the verge, I know the build quality is lacking and I was expecting a massive amount of moaning but that was horrible.
The verge doesn’t seem to want to give Samsung its props EVER, and when they do they do so begrudgingly first of all Samsung is the first to do 13 mega pixel right, ahead of SONY! ‘The best camera on android’ despite HTC’s ultra pixel noise, great battery life despite the larger screen and it’s removable, I currently use the nexus 4 and battery life makes me sad, I literally have to charge it at every opportunity granted I’m a heavy user, Samsung’s brought forth many software innovations and they just continue to get ignored remember when note came out with the Spen, fast forward to the note 2 which was heavily improved and now most of those features are present in the S4.
The reason I jumped on android was choice, it offered you multiple ways of doing things with your phone, unfortunately it seems people no longer want this choice, since when did too many features become a bad thing ? Plus If you don’t like a feature you can turn it off simple. Choice.
