This is a great. He basically took a year off to rediscover himself and find out who he was. The internet thing is just an added rule. He learnt that the internet isn’t responsible for a lot of the negative aspects of his life, the internet is part of society – that IS real life, but of course there needs to be balance — balance that neither Paul or I probably have. His account resonated with me, I too am an introvert and get depressed from life every now and then. The realisation and lesson here is that the world doesn’t revolve around you, you aren’t the most important person in the world. Don’t procrastinate, use your time to do something worthwhile. Paul, you wasted a lot of time and could’ve done a lot better but even still — life goes on, don’t talk about doing better, do it! :)
