As far as I can tell from reading online, a lot of the picture quality of that 4MP sensor is credited to the Sense Camera Software. Stock camera software might not be the same. Same goes for the front speakers and “boomsound” with Beats Audio. Software related… but not be same experience on stock. If they can figure out a way to make the camera and speakers work great on stock… Sign me up! Who am I kidding… I’ll probably buy anyway.
I’m pretty sure that’s who these stock experience $600+ phones will be targeting. Not expecting huge sales. Just pleasing a small but very vocal(at least online) demographic.
I think the wobble isn’t a ‘when on vibrate’ issue, but when the phone is placed on a flat surface like a desk. Because the back is curved, if you try using the phone(touch the screen) while leaving the phone on the desk, the phone wobbles side-to-side because the back is not flat. While I agree that can be an issue, I must say its a very minor issue as a smartphone is used primarily in the user’s hand and not while placed on a flat surface.
