I hope Google proves you wrong, because i think Android desire a more polish experience i hope the new guy in charge (forgot his name off the top of my head) really aims to polish Android.

I think the interesting part of this thread is battery life. Me and my brother was just talking about it in regards to Android phones. We was out in Vegas and the amount of times i had to run back to my hotel to charge my HTC One was annoying, not to mention the fact it takes FOREVER to charge. I’m definitely going to probably get a Note, because everyone keeps talking about how great the battery life is.

When you touch the touchscreen on Android somethings it doesn’t feel natural compared to iOS, there is a distinct lag where the software is trying to catch up with your finger instead of it just flowing as your finger moves. I’m sure they have YouTube videos about it.

I respect that wholeheartedly, i haven’t used the iPhone since the iPhone 4 and sent it back after a week of use. If they would just allow users to set defaults, i will be honest and say i’d problem jump ship unless Android got smoother and better battery life.

Yeah, i agree on the come back part too, my sister have been using iPhone since leaving Android and she loves my HTC One. The biggest problem for her “SIZE” i just don’t understand why Android manufacturers don’t leverage the 4 inch phone marketplace with reasonable specs, it’s kind of weird.

Considering that Google and HTC partnered to do a GE edition this makes things ten times better, i just wish Google would release an upgrade already that solves many of the problem we keep preaching about. Something happened for them not to reveal any update, either something went wrong or they want to improve the system even more and i’m hoping the latter.

I could be wrong of course, but i think it is just a counter to live wallpapers on Android. Also, like AirDrop is a counter to NFC beam, oh and of course for the “ohhhhs” and “ahhs”.

Yeah as i said at the top, it’s mostly like this with Blackberry on any tech forum. Blackberry is always regarded as third rate, i admit i use to have a N95 and when i got a blackberry back then (was working at T-Mobile) i actually loved it. For some reason, BBM made people converse more than any other chat app i ever had, i just don’t know what it was, it was addicting. Contrary to what everyone feel here, i do think it will explode, depending on how many people know about it and how good the functionality is on both platforms.

I’m not sure about the new BBM, but this is the one i remember from Blackberry OS 7, surely they won’t release it like that? I hope not.

I feel you, but i think a lot of people will jump on it to relive those moments of their Blackberry days. I know i will try it out just to give it a test run, but i do honestly see a lot of people jumping on it, maybe not people who hate or hated blackberries.
