You wouldnt say that if you were in an area with upgraded towers, already running. Our new towers went live last month and the difference is night and day. Went from 3G speeds of .5/.1 to 2.5/1 and WiMax lit up in central Wisconsin (10/2.5). LTE is also up, but locked out and unconnectable at this time. They are really building them out fast and it looks like they are going to be a network leader, in short order, as they are upgrading everything, not just adding LTE to existing towers.
