Many people don’t want or have room for two generations of “one” console under their TV. Some people who are a bit obsessive-compulsive would, in fact, die if such a thing were to occur. *They would not die.

Imagine playing a PC game. Jokes aside, Polyphony is incredible at getting the most out of the PlayStations.

I’ll just leave these here: Why Does Dish Network Want Sprint? (WSJ) and Why You Want Dish to Buy Sprint (Wired). TIL.

Yes, Dish has been known for years for keeping their prices below competitors, as well as their good /decent customer service (as opposed to ‘kill-me-now’ horrible from competitors). One of the only cable /internet providers I still have a bit of respect for. Also: Bought Blockbuster. Introduced Hopper with Sling (see CNET debacle, and big networks fighting it meaning it must be awesome).

You obviously didn’t enjoy House of Cards. The rest of us did. And holy shit, this was great, and the highest-quality thing at #nerdprom. Some of the cameos were horrible (c’mon McCain…), but Spacey was perfect.
