Truth. The Verge won’t mention that little bit though. And why does it matter if it is cross platform? Google and Apple’s coming solution will most certainly not be cross platform.

Leave it to the Verge to post a positive article about Microsoft in the most negative way possible. It’s a backhanded compliment.

True. Screw Google. Microsoft is looking out for its users. Google could/should have made an app with ads if they are so concerned about the revenue of their content creators.
I like this Microsoft. Giving a big middle finger to the “open source” Google by creating an app that’s better than the one on Google’s own mobile platform is awesome.

On second thought, I can say either way. Nokia media confirmed it’s fake. I wonder why Instagram would follow a fake Instagram account?

Thank God. Probably my biggest complaint about the RT was the speaker volume.

That would be great if I cared about BBM. I don’t know anyone who uses it anymore. Even my one BB friend hasn’t used it in a few years. It’s a dying service on a dying platform.
BB 3% global market share down 55.88 percent from Q1 2012.
WP 2.9% global market share up 52.63 percent from Q1 2012.
Neither are particularly great numbers, but one is trending up and one is trending down.

That AllThingsD where they were together is one of the more epic moments in tech history. A must watch for those who have never seen it.

Miller seems to me to be somewhat aloof on technology. And this was even before his internet hiatus.
That being said, none of the Verge guys will give WP a second look, except Warren. They’ll always find a reason.

Size and design. I had a Lumina 900before the 8X and I wasn’t a fan of the design and bulk. This 928 looks to be a middle ground between the design of the 8X and the 920/900.

I wonder if Apple is losing out more on not making this app? Most people I know that still use iTunes, use it to purchase music and video. That is money that Apple may be losing out on if they turn to Xbox Music and Video instead.

The iPhone 5 design stood out a few years ago, but they haven’t done anything to it except stretch it to be a little taller and change the back from glass to whatever material it is now. Nokia and HTC, love em or hate em, are trying to push the envelope in design.

I’m perfectly happy with the app selection on Windows Phone right now. Although, I’m not an Instagram user. This 2009 idea that there needs to be an app for every website and service is archaic.
Games on the other hand need to continue coming.
