The word you’re looking for is “ubiquitous” as in “existing or being everywhere, especially at the same time; omnipresent”, not “unanimous” as in “of one mind; in complete agreement; agreed”.

Root. Your argument is moot.

WTF are you talking about. The article clearly says “Nevada gaming regulations (and those in other states, as well) prohibit the use of computers or recording devices when gambling.” Notice the generic term “recording devices”? That means other cameras besides Glass. Duh…

“Glass, on the other hand, is raising much more concern than cameras and cell phones ever did. Acting like there’s some level of equivalency is insulting.”
And what exactly is the difference, pray tell, between a face-mounted camera and a phone camera? You can still put both technologies away, if need be. It’s not at all unreasonable to believe there is no difference when they have the exact same use-cases.

I’m guessing the single-party difference is because of the microphone fusion noise-cancellation done on the HD Voice-supported phone? That doesn’t really affect the return audio.

You must have a different definition of “fine” than I do. I don’t see how you can compare narrowband quality with the wideband quality like in most VoIP services. This is especially bad with fricatives like when people try to pronounce acronyms, phone numbers, passcodes, etc. You ever wonder why many live voice services ask you to repeat what you’ve just said for clarity? It’s because the communications medium is so shitty.
