Why would anyone buy an Android laptop? The OS is made for smartphones and tablets. And don’t forget Chromebooks which are still basically useless.

I had some months ago Android tablet Asus TF300T. I sold it and bought laptop instead (TP Edge 330). Tablet was only good for playing games and terrible for everything else. For example browsing was such a painful experience and same goes for writing text. Now I just don’t want any tablet because I don’t need it.

Maybe someday when Windows 8 convertibles get adequate price tag…

Design is better I find YT mainpage ugly, there are no YT ads and you don’t have to worry whether Google decide redesign YT again and get use to it. Hopefully Google won’t cut it off by API changes..

Really? Android is bullsh#t OS that is getting slower over time and even new Android phones are at best as fast as any Windows Phone device. That is for me the most important part.

I hope you installed all Android app available and use them daily :) Cheers.

It is interesting to see a quite large Windows Phone share among people who care about tech. Same goes for Windows 8 tablets… The question is, why the average consumers don’t want those devices?

Oh man this is silly… Android dominates only on phones and only because there weren’t any alternative systems (except iOS where you can choose one expensive device). The problem with Android is that after some months it starts to slow down and only factory reset helps. And this is no different for Nexus devices. Moreover vast majority of people don’t care about customization and gazillion of apps.

Take a look at Nexus tablet sales, where 7 got about 6 millions and 10 at best 800K. It is just for consuming content and I don’t think that will change in near future.
