Eh, I don’t know. I’m all about the cloud and use things like dropbox/drive every day but I do love me some desktop applications, to the point that Spotify’s wonderful desktop app/portal is the reason I don’t think I can really make the switch to All Access. With the desktop app, Spotify integrates with last.fm, songkick, lyrics, etc quite perfectly while to do the same with All access I’ve got to use a constantly wonky extension and have 3 browser tabs open. Not to mention when I’m on shitty hotel wifi [like right now] loading my all access library is a chore while Spotify keeps chugging along, especially since I can download playlists locally.
I don’t know, I might have to give All Access more time but I think Google in general overcommits to things like webapps and online only to detriment of usability [chromebooks].
