PS4 for me. Better games, controller, functionality, online service(I own PS+ already and have a Vita) and price.
Don’t give a crap about used games or connecting online as long as I can play Gran Turismo and God of War. Not to mention that the Xbox won’t come to my region (The Middle East) until late 2014+
