To say they don’t care anymore is incorrect. The fact that this internal document has been released mean there are people that care and are trying to bring this to public knowledge, and this is how it has been for a while. Ideally citizens that feel strongly enough about the issue should now go and get in touch with their local congressmen to stir up talk and address the issue.
I think torrents are probably the most powerful things on the internet right. there is no other way I can download large amounts of data FAST and without corruption. The way some companies use it to upgrade servers and roll out software blows my mind too. Remote access to the clients and RSS support can be so powerful too.
