Quit being so naive.
Bitcoin is merely the transfer of information from one party to the other. It is not officially recognized as a method of payment, let alone is decentralized so any ‘freezing’ or seizing is per definition theft.
Nice world we live in where everything we own we don’t own.

No, he didn’t. It’s not obligatory to post /s for sarcastic comments and neither is it required for anyone with an IQ over 84.

The PB is a place where people who don’t want to pay or wait for a product go to get it for free.
Self-entitled weenies that have not created anything of worth of their own.
Yeah, The Pirate Bay stands for freedom of information. There’s that. Another thing: I don’t want to pay the corrupt corporate cartel for their greed. Money that doesn’t go towards the real artists. I only pay independent artists who are not victimized by the copyright industry. The middleman companies will not see any voluntary cent from me. So, indeed, I don’t want to wait, and I do want to get it for free. Because you know what? I wouldn’t purchase it anyway, regardless of whether I can pirate or not.
Self-entitled weenies? Is that what you say to artists who also download and share? Is that what you say to artists who freely share their work and offer it purchasable as well through a donation model, evading middleman corruption? Hint: I am one of these artists.
The only ones to call self-entitled are those who grab our money for their own wallet. Copyright-taxes, the many corrupt copyright cases (Prenda, a well-known recent example), the many constructions used by the copyright cartel just to get more money. And if you think any lawsuit money goes to the artist they claim to defend.. think again.
I’m an artist, and I am a victim of the copyright industry. It truly disgusts me that ways to share art and information in a free way are being fought against by this industry. It is in favour of only the corrupt middleman.

But when you pirated stuff, you steal from them.
Not at all. You do NOT steal. You COPY. There is a fundamental difference here, one that completely disables any argument based upon the statement that piracy equals stealing.
It’s as much ‘stealing’ when I use my own labour and own resources to rebuild a t-shirt of some expensive brand and use it for myself, or share the resources I used to build the shirt. Hint: It’s not stealing.
It’s as much ‘stealing’ when I physically deprive the owner of his work. Oh wait… I didn’t. I just made a copy. The original is still there. No losses were made.
‘Potential losses’? Go work for the copyright industry if you believe that propaganda.
