In terms of Apple attacks on Samsung, Not really… Apple won against Samsung three times. Once in Germany, and once in US (which is in question due to a lead jury’s questionable background), and in Australia (in which Australia reversed the ruling later). Meanwhile, Samsung won in 3 courts including in Japan, SK, and UK (in which UK judge made Apple write apologetic statement to Samsung in their own site, something Apple failed to do properly).
