Several reasons;

• ZERO experience in the wireless industry.
• Huge debt.
• DISH was rated the worst US company to work for last year.
• The DISH CEO, a former poker player, was quoted saying, “You have to climb the towers here, and you’ll have to have U.S. employees who speak English.” There’s so much hilariously wrong with that comment that I’ll just leave it alone for now.
• No one wants DISH services on a mobile phone. Plain and simple.
