Yes he used it, but Apperantly he was too stupid to restore the phone to factory settings and who’s to say he’s using HER SIM card and HER Data plans? she never complains about having to pay ridiculous amounts of bills so she’s not suffering from anything other than a missing phone, if she didnt put a warranty on the phone with the carrier for such an event than its her fault, and if INDEED he is usiing HER plan for so long then its HER fault for not calling the carrier and terminating the phone….

I would really doubt they do that so fast, I mean GameStop would just flat out drop dead and I seriously doubt they would want that, most of GameStops purchases are in-store not online.

Dont get me wrong I understand it, but in my opinion dropping physical media for videogames atleast for the next 5 years would be a bad strategy, it would be like dropping physical media for things like Blu-ray discs or DVDs, people just arent okay with it yet, Digital downloading of media still needs to be accepted better.

Look at the HTC flagships out right now, compare it with the Galaxy series, and the Motorola, aside from god awful skins over android, like Motoblur, Sense and TouchWiz you can tell em apart hardware wise fairly easy, theres really no need for OEMs to be slapping skins over Android software…

Im actually looking foward to the death of Optic drives, I mean the only thing I use Discs now a days is for the stuff that comes on magazines,, or my Xbox 360 when I get a new game or my blu-ray (granted I do own several digital downloads for my PC and my 360)

Aside from that, all my Adobe Suite software, Reason 5, Corel offer digital downloads, music albums can be purchased online through Google Play or iTunes, and iTunes and Netflix offer alot of movie streaming that could in a couple of short years make physical media obsolete, Granted the one thing I want to keep having discs for is videogames, call me nostalgic :)
