It’s all in the software, as was shown in the Keynote the next OSX will have optimised the scrolling problems on deeper levels.
For now I recommend using Webkit browser – although the last Safari update really helped the scrolling problem. At least for the 15 rMBP

Oh, please, don’t be such a snob about your ‘privileges’.

There are countless people, who like new stuff and update their devices given a chance, just to see what’s new. If I didn’t have a dev account I sure would update it anyway. Just like JB, just like rooting and custom ROMs.

It’s a tech forum, there are bound to be people on this board who do it.
I believe they’re called Geeks.

Only white iPhones were presented with iOS7 I believe.
It would be great to have a ‘black’ theme for the black ones (or any other colours that the 5s comes in.
