Well it depends on the business model. Google’s main source of revenue is Ads, so you personal info is very important to them. Microsoft gives stuff for free because it promotes their platform.

Really good gradient in sky
But when I view the larger image, the buildings seem to have a little loss in details and sharpness

Exactly the same way I did it for spoon
I just photoshopped away the incense and flipped the image
I really pumped up the clarity on this
To give you an idea the original was something like this

So if you get rid of that incense “stream” you are left with spilling glass of smoke

Setup:
1 black poster from staples: $6.99
1 pack of incense from an Indian store: $1.29
Snoot made out of aluminum foil

The whole Idea here was just to light the smoke and not have any light leak on to camera or the back ground.
I did post processing where I had temp at 55K giving it the blueish hue and increased the clarity. Oh and ofcourse flipped the pic. This is how it was initially

You can get really creative with the smoke. here is another one I took

You are correct, next time I will try to get a bigger container(fish tank probably). I tried to through in a strawberry and there was water every where on the carpet. So I resorted to something smaller.
